The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by inkshelfstudios.com.
COPYRIGHT
You will hold full copyright to the content that we will develop for you and deliver as per the agreed terms. We will hold no copyright whatsoever on the content and you are free to publish and use it as per your wish.
PAYMENT
We charge 100% advance payment for all services mentioned on the website. All transaction charges and tax (as applicable) are to be borne by the client.
REVISIONS
We offer unlimited number of revisions on delivered work, as long as the requests are made within 7 days of delivering the work, and in special cases, as long as the requests are made within 14 days of delivering of work. All revision requests pertaining to customers order will be completed as per the urgency of the order with 24 hours as standard minimum turnaround time.
Revision turnaround time as per urgency is as follows:
For orders up to 24 hours of urgency; Revision turnaround time would be 24 hours.
For orders between 24-48 hours of urgency; Revision turnaround time would be 48 hours.
For orders of 48 hours and above; Revision turnaround time would be 72 hours.
PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Any project requirements will be discussed with the clients before the start of a project. Service level disputes will be addressed based on the agreed terms and requirements at the beginning of a project, these terms and conditions, as well as reasonable business practices.
Shipping Policy for Digital Products:
All our products are delivered digitally — no physical items will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to your files through platforms such as Dropbox, Trello, or Slack, depending on the nature of your order. A confirmation email with the relevant links will be sent instantly. If you face any issues accessing your content, feel free to contact our support team for quick assistance.
Refund Policy – Ink Shelf Studios

To place a refund, cancellation, or exchange request for an order placed with Ink Shelf Studios, you would need to contact Ink Shelf Studios via email at support@inkshelfstudios.com, by phone at +1 (669) 328-2261.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.
Refund, cancellation, or exchange requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Ink Shelf Studios. Ink Shelf Studios may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and services at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you may cancel your Order before making the payment, or in case the payment is not received by us within 30 days, Ink Shelf Studios will cancel your Order.
You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if work on the order has already started or digital content has already been delivered or accessed, we may not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Some services have special conditions for refunds or cancellations as described in the Order or service materials delivered (“Service Terms”), so please read them carefully before making a request with Ink Shelf Studios. In case of misunderstandings between Ink Shelf Studios’ Refund Policy and the Service Terms, the present Refund Policy will prevail.
If the refund request is granted by Ink Shelf Studios, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Card payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days, and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) business days.
